The stretch of Magnolia Boulevard through Burbank is genuinely one of the best concentrations of vintage, costume, and Halloween shopping in Southern California, and it stays that way year round rather than appearing in a strip mall each September. It makes Burbank an unusually easy place to put a shoot together: you can source the costume, the props, and the odd specific thing your concept needs within a few blocks, then shoot the same afternoon.

Yes. The Macabre Market runs Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Mystic Museum, 3204 West Magnolia Blvd. It is free and open to the public, costumes are encouraged, and our booth will be there for photos. Come get your picture taken.
